From top of the hill Varvsberget, Virtual Tour's are following the the High Coast Trail south. Besides where the trail follow roads.
The descent off the hill Varvsberget being an easy walk, partly along a path used for running, or just strolling thru the woods. This Virtual Tour ends at the road in a village area, nearby the icehockey arena, Kempehallen, where some of the successful swedish icehockey players started their carriers. This arena is now, in 2025, going thru a rebuild, and much longed-for upgrade.
Hamptjärn, a water reservoir and a put-and-take fishing lake, with some spots suitable for a good rest. Maybe a good idea to let the legs get some rest before the climb. At the top a viewpoint, with it's perhaps unique shape, around a tree. A short walk from there takes you by Småtjärnarna, the small lake, and thru the woods to an old road. It'll keep you company down the hill.
Sandlågan - Bodviken - Balesviken, with the opportunity making a de-tour out to Balesuddden, before moving on to Hålviken.
